Accounts and acceptable use. Accounts are personal and subject to approval. Keep your login secure. Do not share accounts, resell access, scrape or redistribute data, reverse-engineer the software or disrupt the platform, except as permitted by law. We may suspend access for misuse, security concerns or breach of these Terms.

Beta and availability. The beta is free and provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Features may change or be discontinued. Errors, interruptions and data loss may occur.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data or other damages arising from use of, reliance on, or inability to access the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Updates and governing law. We will notify users of material changes before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. These Terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law, subject to mandatory protections in your jurisdiction.
